Thank you for requesting an appointment with me! In order for me to serve you in the best way, here’s how my practice works:
- You’ll receive a confirmation of your appointment via email, so if you don’t see anything in your inbox within 24 hours, please check your spam box. If you still don’t see an email from me, please let me know by filling out the CONTACT form
- Please try to get on the call exactly on time. Do not call in early as I may be on a call with someone else and the conference will be locked. I will usually connect the call right on time so we want to make sure you get as much value as possible.
- If your consult is the 25 minute type, try to keep your questions and explanations down to no more than 5 minutes so we can use the rest of the time for remote testing and healing.
- My intention is to record the audio of our session as well as take session notes. The audio recording will be an MP3 link that you can download at your leisure and the notes will be in Microsoft Word format. If you require it in a different format please let me know during the call.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do this at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. I will honor your payment for a reschedule within 30 days of the appointment that is cancelled after which the payment is forfeit.
Please note that there are no refunds on booked sessions and session packages, however they can be transferred to a family member.
