What do you think about when you hear the word oneness? In the past, I envisioned people of all shapes, colors, and sizes holding hands, swaying, and singing together in unison. Although that vision continues to inspire me (and I love songs like One Day that makes my heart swell), ONEness is much more than harmony with everything. ONEness encompasses knowing that everything, including the good, bad, and ugly… is us. All of it. We are one Being, having infinite experiences as fractals. Anything we judge, including what people should or should not eat, what people should or should not inject in their bodies, and what people should or should not say or do, is forgetting that we are ONE. Let that sink in…
