Recently, I’ve re-focused daily healing sessions for Non-Selves.Here’s why.
Last week, I experienced an unexpected bout of constipation despite my usual remedies like extra saltwater and magnesium. Sensing this as an empathic sign, I realized it was a hint that someone or something else required healing.
I went through the usual process of identifying which Non-Self was the issue, but couldn’t find the culprit for the constipation. Interestingly, I had been craving cheese, so I was guided to Divine Muscle Test why and it revealed that (while not the direct cause) there was a connection between the consciousness of cheese and my issues. It might sound a bit “cheesy,” but I ended up performing a toxin clearing specifically for cheese!
